About delivery of products

The product will be shipped after payment, review, and approval have been confirmed.

If there is any delay in shipping or if we have to cancel your order due to a shortage of stock, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. You can check the delivery status of your package from "Purchase History" or "Notification Function".

About next day delivery

All products in stock will be delivered the next day if you order by 12:00 noon Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays), but only if the delivery address is in the Kanto, Shinetsu, Hokuriku, or Chubu region and is delivered by courier.

You can check the product availability on each product page. Made-to-order products and certain orders with payment methods including bank transfer are not eligible for next-day delivery. Delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions, weather, and other factors after shipment, as well as in remote islands and some other regions.

Shipping estimate and delivery time

• Orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays will generally be shipped on the same day.
• Back-ordered items : 10 to 40 business days (Product page delivery date takes priority)

Please check the following points:

• Delivery may take some time depending on product stock and shipping status.

• Please note that we cannot change the shipping address after your package has been shipped.

• If you select "No preference" for the delivery date and time for courier delivery, delivery may occur as early as the next day depending on the shipping status.

• Delivery to Okinawa and remote islands will be by sea, so it will take 7 to 8 days from shipping to delivery.

About bundling

If you wish to have your items shipped together, please let us know in the comments section (only for orders before shipping). If you place multiple orders in our store, we may ship your items together if the shipping address, name, payment method, and delivery date and time are the same.

Important points to note regarding long-term absences

Products sent by courier service have a storage period of "within 7 days from the initial delivery date." If you are unable to receive the item due to absence, please follow the instructions on the delivery slip and request redelivery within the storage period, and be sure to receive the item. Products that are not received within the period will be refused and automatically returned to our store by cash on delivery. Please note that in this case, you will be charged for the round-trip shipping fee. We will contact you again regarding the amount.
